Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Rachael brings a hands-on creative background and a passion for thoughtful design to her work at the Arts Center. While earning her degree in Industrial Design at the University of Cincinnati, she developed a deep appreciation for the ways objects, spaces, and experiences can shape how people connect with the world around them. In recent years, her work has included designing and building Adirondack rustic furniture as well as exploring interior design, blending craftsmanship, function, and a strong sense of place.
Since making the Adirondacks her home in 2022, Rachael has found inspiration in the region’s natural beauty, creative community, and endless opportunities for adventure. Outside of her creative work, she can often be found skiing, biking, or hiking the many trails that contribute to making this region so special.
