Arts Center Lake Placid presents the Annual Middle/High School Juried Art Show to recognize the artistic talents of middle and high school students throughout the North Country!
Two local artists serve as jurors to put together an exhibit highlighting some of the best young local talent.
Grades 6-12 (Juried and awarded separately: Grades 6-9 and Grades 10-12)
Grade 6 can go in either the Elementary or the Middle/High School Show at the teacher’s discretion.
Registration Deadline: December 20, 2525
The Middle/High School Juried Art Show is joined in the gallery by Lake Placid Institute’s photography exhibition, 24 Hours: A Photographic Interpretation of Life in the Adirondacks.
Submissions Deadline: Monday, February 2, 2026

Lori Bennett
You can find Lori’s jewelry at the LP Main Street Gallery, Village Mercantile and Bloom in Saranac Lake. Her silver pieces are made with silver clay that is molded and heat fired with a torch, and finished using the Keum-boo technique—an ancient Korean process where 24k gold foil is adhered to silver using heat and pressure.
