Tuesdays 4:30-5:45 pm Ballet Barre & Modern

Thursdays 5:30-6:45 pm Ballet

Levels 1-3 introduce the traditional ballet class structure. Students learn fundamental ballet technique through barre work, center exercises, and across the floor combinations designed to improve coordination, flexibility, endurance, and musicality. As students progress through these levels, classes focus on intermediate barre work center exercises and across-the-floor combinations, while emphasizing musicality. In Level 3, combinations to strengthen the legs, feet, and ankles are introduced to prepare students for pointe work. We highly recommend students at this level take class twice a week for optimal growth.
